    Hi,

    Sorry for the delayed response.

    You got the premium theme download links on your order confirmation mail which contains the following zip files:

    1. VW Hospital
    2. VW Hospital child
    3. Title Banner Plugin
    4. Gallery Images Plugin
    6. VW Hospital post type

    If you haven’t got any of the zip files, please let us know.

    VW Hospital is a premium version theme and VW Hospital child is a child theme. The “Title Banner Plugin”, “VW Hospital post type” and “Gallery Images Plugin” is a theme required plugins.

    If you have successfully completed theme installation, then follow the below steps to get the demo content on your homepage.

    1. Create Page to set template: Go to Dashboard >> Pages >> Add New Page
    Label it “home” or anything as you wish. Then select template “home-page” from template drop-down.’

    2. Set the front page: Go to Setting -> Reading –> Set the front page display static page to home page

    This will show all the demo content on your front page. Now you can customize each section through the Appearance >> Customize >> VW Settings.

    The remaining three plugins must be added through the Plugins -> Add New. Plugin descriptions are already included in the documentation:

    Additional Information:
    Child theme: A child theme acquires styles, features, and functionalities from its parent theme. A child theme is an effective way to make modifications in the styles/ features of the parent theme without adjusting the code of parent theme. Along these lines, you can simply update the main WordPress theme with no stresses in regards to your customization and changes. Basically, a child theme is used to override the features of parent theme without affecting the parent theme. We suggest our customers, to make any of the changes to the child theme in case if any and child theme should be activated.

    Added a 1600 x 400 image to Customize / Header. Does not completely show, cuts off height wise, at 50%, plus it only shows on the homepage.
    Is it possible to make image 1600 x 150 in template, instead of 1600 x 400 ?

    Hi AL,

    Header image should have a perfect dimension according to the header hight. 1600px x 400px is a recommended size. Please add an image according to your header size. It will show the whole image. If not then add the below CSS to your Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS
    .header{
    background-size: cover;
    }

    Please hard refresh page or check it on incognito window. It will work for inner pages as well.

    I stated already image was 1600 x 400.

    Is it possible to make image 1600 x 200 in template, instead of 1600 x 400 ?
