    Hi,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.
    You got the premium theme download links on your order confirmation mail which contains the following zip files. Also, you can download those zip files from your registered VW Themes account “downloads” section.

    1. VW Corporate Pro
    2. VW Corporate Pro child
    3. Title Banner Plugin
    4. Gallery Images Plugin
    5. VW Corporate post type

    If you haven’t got any of the zip files, please let us know.

    VW Corporate Pro is a premium version theme and VW Corporate Pro child is a child theme. The “Title Banner Plugin”, “VW Corporate post type” and “Gallery Images Plugin” are theme required plugins.

    Upload the VW Corporate Pro and VW Corporate Pro child via Appearance -> Themes -> Add new and activate the child theme.
    If you have successfully completed theme installation, follow the below steps to get the demo content on your homepage.
    1. Create Page to set template: Go to Dashboard >> Pages >> Add New Page.
    Label it “home” or anything as you wish. Then select template “home-page” from template drop-down.
    Check screenshot: https://vwthemes.com/docs/vw-corporate-pro/images/home-page-template.png

    2. Set the front page: Go to Setting -> Reading –> Set the front page display static page to home page.
    Check screenshot: https://vwthemes.com/docs/vw-corporate-pro/images/set-front-page.png

    It will show the demo content on the home page. Then customize it from the Appearance -> Customize -> VW Settings

    The remaining three plugins must be added through the Plugins -> Add New. Plugin configuration steps are already included in the documentation:
    https://vwthemes.com/docs/vw-corporate-pro/#titlebanner
    https://vwthemes.com/docs/vw-corporate-pro/#galleryimages
    https://vwthemes.com/docs/vw-corporate-pro/#plugin

    Additional Information:
    Child theme: A child theme acquires styles, features, and functionalities from its parent theme. A child theme is an effective way to make modifications in the styles/ features of the parent theme without adjusting the code of parent theme. Along these lines, you can simply update the main WordPress theme with no stresses in regards to your customization and changes. Basically, a child theme is used to override the features of parent theme without affecting the parent theme. We suggest our customers, to make any of the changes to the child theme in case if any and child theme should be activated.

    If you got stuck somewhere then send us the query. If you want we can set up your theme, make a user for us assign administrator role and send us the username and password along with the site URL. We have a free theme installation support.

    Thanks

    It didn’t go away after I placed your code in additional CSS. I refreshed the page. Still there. 🙁

    How do you go about removing the “mega menu” and “request information” buttons? I cannot find it anywhere. Also, I too would like to know how to remove the “Developed by…” in the footer. Thank you.

    Hi Alex,

    For Mega Menu and design and developed and request appoint button. Add it to the Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS

    nav.navbar.navbar-default {
    display: none;
    }
    .navbar-header-toggle {
    display: none;
    }
    span.copyrighttext {
    display: none;
    }
    .buttonbox.col-md-2.col-sm-12.wow.bounceInDown {
    visibility: hidden !important;
    }

    Oh, I think you have used any plugin for the responsive menu. and it is showing on the desktop as well. Please check the settings present in that plugin to hide it from the desktop.

    Thanks
