VW Construction Estate Posttype

The VW Construction Estate Pro Theme has a problem to reload the contact form. I checked the plugins section y looks like it is active. But when I try to deleted it nothing happen. I though that the problem was the current version of WP and I dawn grade the version, but the problem persist. The same thing happen with VW Title Banner Image plugin. I tried another theme Inspiration and the same issue exist with the vw construction Estate posttype.
Help me please.

You need to place the Contact Form 7 Shortcode display the shortcode.

Could you please elaborate on what issue you are getting with the Post type.
