How do I delete an unwanted banner that comes with Charity Pro? I tried to delete the code, it didn’t work, then I tried to deactivate the banner plug-in but that is not an option provided. This banner does not go with my website at all. I have emailed and sent pictures but this matter hasn’t been resolved yet. The banner shows on every page except home page. I recently purchased this theme and I am highly disappointed. I am having the same problem. I also can take off the VW theme tag in the footer although I paid for the pro. Customer service is so slow…If you figure it out can you please post the resolution. Thanks

Hi Natalie,
As per your query, we have seen your order and yesterday we have updated our theme.
Go to https://www.vwthemes.com/my-account/ with your details. Then go to https://www.vwthemes.com/my-account/downloads/ and download the updated theme.
Then login to your FTP or Cpanel. Go to wp-content/themes and upload the zip file you have downloaded. First rename the existing theme folder then extract the newly uploaded theme.
And we are giving you some easy steps and CSS to remove footer Design and Develop.
Go to Dashboard >> Apperance >> Customize >> Additional CSS >> Put the given CSS on it >> Publish

Hi team,

I am using the CHARITY PRO theme and I am looking to find a solution on how I can change the view of the section on the HomePage. For example, at the moment “recent Causes appear on the 5th position and I would like to have this section just after the slider. There is a way I can edit this part?

As per your query, sorry but there is no such option in our theme to drag and drop things in the customizer.

Hi there
How does one change the link for the Donate Now button on the main menu bar, please?

Also, can I add links to the goals buttons? They animate but cannot be linked directly to a page.

As per your query, Just add CSS code on Additional CSS.
We are giving you some easy steps and CSS to remove it.
Go to Dashboard >> Apperance >> Customize >> Additional CSS >> Put the given CSS on it >> Publish.

The default “Contact” template with the Charity theme appears to have zero padding on either side. Is this a template issue or something I’m supposed to use CSS to fix myself?

Tried to paste a screenshot, but I’m unable to.
