I am not able to upload the latest version of the theme in WordPress. So I upload it via FTP. Once I activate it, I cannot access WordPress’ customizer tab. I either get an HTTP 500 error or a critical WordPress error. I purchase the pro version of the Audio Podcast theme. Can you confirm this theme is compatible with WordPress 6.1? According to the website, the theme is compatible with WordPress 6.1, but I am still getting errors while trying to activate the theme. Not sure what else to do. Otherwise, this theme is of no use to me, and would like a refund.
