Transparency in section background images

Look at your demo of this theme : https://www.vwthemes.net/vw-business-pro/

Go down to the “Services” section for example. There’s an image behind that section, but it has a color overlay. There’s some level of transparency there between the color and the background image.That’s what I am talking about. Load the demo data and you see it, however, looking at the section settings does not reveal how that’s achieved.

Ah ha! Thank you. That explains it.

Are those images free for use in production or just for demo, i.e. needing some sort of license? Same question for all images included in the demo content for that matter.
