Hello, I see others have had the same question as myself, but I do not see where they have been answered. How can I increase the speed of the “Our Records” ticker? It takes much too long to reach the number that I would like to enter.
Right now it seems it takes about 30 seconds for the ticker to reach whatever number you enter in. I would like it to take about 7 seconds for the whole duration.
If you want we can review the issue, make a user for us assign administrator role and send us the username and password along with the URL at [email protected]
