Theme will not upload to WP

Hi, I just purchased VW Marketing Agency Pro and followed the instructions to upload the theme into WordPress, but when I select the zip file an click on “install now” it does not do anything and at the bottom of the site I see “waiting for cabodproducciones.com” (my domain).

What can I do?

After trying many times I did it manually through CPANEL and I was able to install the theme, but have been trying to get the theme work for almost 3 hours already and get the same error always https://www.vwthemes.com/topic/vw-marketing-agency-pro/
