Just my guess why the social Icons and phoneme-mail symbols are missing that some files are missing. I have another staging and there I can see some small boxes instead of the icons/symbols and this usually happens when it cannot find the resp. file.
I hope you can resove this issue fast – I like the theme very much and want to go life a.s.a.p.

We have resolved your issue.
The Icons are now visible.
The Elementor plugin which you have additionally added were conflicting the properties of font awesome that’s why the icons were not displaying.

Great ! Thank you so much for fast help. My next issues :
1. I have selected an image for the Service Tab #1 but then found the symbol looks better so I have removed it. Now the original symbol is lost. How can I add it. Is there an option to change it and how ?
2. Can you please advise is the optimal size for the logo and as well for image on the video page

We have added the default image in the services section for you.
We recommend you to use Logo having dimension as 125 × 96 pixels (Natural: 240 × 185 pixels) and video image as 1178 × 456 pixels (Natural: 1600 × 620 pixels)

1. On the “our Speciality” tabs I would like to add different Icones (field “Font Awesome Icone). Please give me a selection list what is available. at least I need to replace the “fas fa-coffee” Icon by Icone which represents Google. I assume the fas fa-coffee is linked to a symbol which is stored somewhere ??
2. I need to know the best size for the Service image
3. Can you provide more symbols for the Tab Image in the Service section ? Or let me know which size I need in case I need them to create myself.

We recommend you to use 60 × 60 pixels (Natural: 85 × 85 pixels) dimension image as the services icons.
You need to create your own images for service tabs.

1. I don’t like the section size of team and testimonials. The team section should be larger (increase hight). How can I adjust this ? I wont to show the team image in full size not just part of it. Compared to testimonials it’s too small. Testimonial section higth on the other hand is too large. Can you make these sections custom defined ? See attachement 
1b) Moreover the quote color doesn’t change, it’s always grey.
2. What is the optimal size for the team image ?? It would really be helpful if you could indicate the required image sizes everywhere in the theme customizer where you can select your image. This is a big disadvantage of your theme
