    The Site Identity Logo, Text and Tagline are in a very narrow column on the left of this section. I’d like to use the entire block to place the Text/Tagline. I’d also like to place more text into the block.

    How do I do this?

    This is the THIRD request you have blown off by saying my site is not working. It IS working, maybe your connectivity is the problem?

    Why can’t you give me an answer based on my question if you can’t get to the site? I’m supposed to have this done by Christmas and I’ve been waiting over 4 days for answers and I’m NOT getting them.

    I have VW Paint Pro which includes Tech Support and I’m not getting technical support.

    Sorry for the inconvenienced caused to you.

    As per your request, sorry but it’s not possible to make logo and tagline column large.

    Because it will destroy the layout of desktop and mobile view.

    No, I absolutely do NOT understand why I have to have the tagline scrunched up. How is the layout of the “desktop and mobile view” require this? I’ve worked with other themes and never had this problem. The tagline should not require two lines when it is not that long to start with.

    You need to come up with a solution instead of just saying it is not possible.

    If it wasn’t possible, why did you string me along for 5 days? You must have known the answer 5 days ago as much as today.

    I cannot fathom why the Site Identity Text, the name of my website, has to be displayed in two lines instead of just one?

    Your VW Writer Pro theme has the name “George Dickinson” in the middle of the header, why can’t your VW Painter Pro do the same? All your themes are pretty much the same underneath, so what’s the problem?

    Maybe you should refund my money if you are not going to give me decent tech support!

    Hi,

    As per your query, our all theme design structure is different with there whole layout and we cannot make things done on the comparison.

    You want to show your tagline in one line, we can do that but your site is not working, so we cannot just provide CSS on our theme basic.

    You have added your own images and text, we are unable to review it.

    OK, after more DNS changes, using geopeeker.com, I can see my site, http://www.blueskydelights.com from Singapore, Brazil, Virginia, California, Ireland and Australia.
