    I purchased VW Gardening Landscaping Pro theme and i am complete starter with websites (doing it for myself).. Its very easy to sure and supporting documents are leading me step by step process which is great… I am also happy i could upload demo version and work away… so far so good…

    Hi,

    I love this theme very much. I just haven’t been able to get all the features to work correctly. I’m wondering if I’m doing something wrong here but I’m definitely contacting the support soon to get things going as soon as possible. This theme VWHealthCoach looks and feel really amazing once it’s fully operational. It has all the necessary options I need for my business to thrive. We’ll see how it goes. The biggest problem is with colors. They don’t appear like I select them, but the customer service was very kind and helpful on giving me some css coding for that problem. Still I would like the colors to work perfectly from the Customize section in WordPress without adding any extra coding.

    I purchased the VW Themes Pro pack. Not only are the themes beautiful, but the support team is awesome. They are responsive and willing to assist in any way they can. With a few minor changes, I now have a site that I am proud to say my client is happy with.

    VW Themes Tech Support team is top notch and extraordinarily helpful. I can’t say enough about how much they helped me, nor how prompt their response time is.

    I recently updated my website from an old outdated custom theme to VW Gardening and Landscaping Theme. I am not an experienced developer so I hired a developer to install the theme and do all the initial customization and to take the site live. After the initial customization I was on my own for doing all the refining and for managing any integrations. It was a lot of work and I was very much out of my comfort zone. The VW Theme Tech Support Team promptly (always within 24 hours) and patiently corrected a few bugs for me, answered all my customization questions and walked me through correcting a couple integration issues. They went above and beyond by troubleshooting for me things that were outside of my skill set. They even did some limited custom coding that I had no idea how to accomplish. For things that were outside of their purview they instructed me on how to proceed. They were very patient and explained things thoroughly when I needed them to. I am beyond grateful.

    As with any theme there were some out-of-the-box limitations such as Featured Image placement on blogs and a couple integration issues with the Smush plug in. A competent developer could probably overcome those issues by editing the code but I was not up for the task, however these were issues I can live with. The VW Theme customizer is very easy to work in and I found it very satisfactory for any customization I wanted to perform.

    The VW Themes support service was fantastic. I recently bought one of their themes and encountered some difficulties. They were quick to respond to my emails and kindly helped me solve the issues. Now I have a beautiful website that is running very smoothly. I definitely recommend using their themes for your WordPress website.

    Bonjour, j’ai installé ce thème, il est super facile et agréable. Je n’ai pas encore utilisé toutes ses options dans la configuration mais je suis déjà satisfait. En cas de question, le support répond rapidement. Je le recommande pour un site ecommerce, c’est un thème PRO.
