Reordering sections on homepage?

Am I able to reorder the sections on the homepage? I’ve tried to hold/drag them, but that doesn’t seem to work. Forgive me if I’m overlooking something here. That’s usually how it works with WP templates.

As per your query, sorry but “Reorder” option is not available in our theme.
