Publish button not allowing update

I have the political pro theme and in the about us section I am unable to edit the about text. I have tried the visual and text editing box but no luck. When I edit other sections, the publish button turns blue and allows the update, seems to be a bug and I can’t remove/edit the Latin placeholder text. Any input would be a breath of fresh air. Thanks
