    Hello I am Javier,

    The Plugins Pinpoint Booking and Woocommerce Easy Booking in its free version do not work in my theme VW Tours. Both are compatible with Woocommerce but on the store page when I want to go to reserve the products they do not work correctly.

    I bought the theme VW Tours 3 days ago with the illusion of being able to add a booking plugin for tours (the website is for my tour operator agency) and now no reservations system compatible with woocommerce works.

    If you could help me, I’m very grateful

    The Pinpoint Booking Plugin when I install it following the instructions of the official page of the plugin, nothing appears on the cart page. I’ve tried other themes and if that works.

    And the Woocommerce Easy Booking plugin installed it and configured it as explained on the official website and when I go to the cart page to make the reservation with the plugin calendar the button appears in gray and it does not let me continue with the reservation. I have also tested this plugin with other themes and if that works.

    I need a reservation system compatible with your theme and that works with woocomemerce.

    I have followed each of the steps. I’ve tried it with 3 different themes and it works. The problem is that it does not work with your theme.

    I have asked for help from the technical service of the two plugins and both have told me that it is a problem of my theme.

    I paid 40 dollars for this theme because said in the specifications that was compatible with Woocommerce and the reservation system of Easy woocommerce booking does not work.

    You could try to install the easy woocommerce plugin in your theme in one of your servers and check that once the product has been associated with the plugin reservation, then when you add it to the cart an error occurs and you do not let continue. The button remains gray and there is no possibility of moving to the next page.

    The only plugin I have now active is Easy Woocommerce Booking. If you want to try the other Pinpoin Booking Plugin I also have it installed, you just have to activate it. Thanks
