When I try to install the plugin I get a Plugin API error.

I followed the installation instructions when I installed the VW Bakery Pro Plugin it has additional addon the image galleries and woocommerce those plugins will not install it returns an error Plugin API error. I have sent an email I guess you had problems logging in I have since resent login credentials and I am trying to patiently wait but ready to request a refund and look for something else. I need this solved ASAP! Something you pay for should not be this much trouble!

When I try to install the Digital Agency Pro plugin, it says “Something went wrong with the plugin API.” I think I have to download this in order to get the demo sections? Right now it’s just a blog.
