I have the Magazine Pro Theme which is great. Is there an ideal picture resolution size for Post media files (pics)? What is that size? 640×400? Is it necessary or at least better if all media pics are uploaded at a consistent size. Is their a max file size (kB) beyond which site will begin to bog down?

You can use any size images.

But for a better look using the same dimension images.

To create a better look I have been going back through and changing my Pic sizes to a consistent 354×300.
On page two the pictures are all elongated (up and down)
More News bar they are elongated (left and right)
Editor’s pic they are just oddly shaped.
The top two scrolling bars height seems to be fine, but seems the Picture is shifted to the right and caption is off to the left.

What is the ideal recommended size for pictures?
How do I stop picture distortion from different sections of website?
