Move the website title/logo on the left

How can I move the website title/logo part to be from the center of the page to the left?

As you can see, the title/logo part where name and title are written covers too much the slider and I would like to place it on the left side. Also, I think the menu bar is too high/tall, I would make it slightly smaller.
