1. I copied the entire wp-content folder and import the SQL file. When the site came up images were missing (but in the gallery) and all theme settings were gone. I have to manually put all the settings back in. Still, a few things are missing. Can I get someone to assist in the broken pieces?
2. Old URL: https://musicfoundationofamerica.mystagingwebsite.com
3. New URL: https://miracleschool.org/March 12, 2019 at 11:45 pm #11100reba.gainesParticipantSo I deactivated and deleted the theme. I reinstalled the theme and activated it. All that was missing was restored.
It was worth having to go back and add all theme customizations in since I had it in another site.March 13, 2019 at 7:49 am #11115developer vwthemeParticipantHi,
Thank You for choosing us!!
It felt great to hear that you managed to restore all theme settings.
Actually When you install and activate theme but do not import demo content by running “Demo Importer”, your customizations will not change. But, in case you import demo content by running “Demo Importer” after theme installation, your customizations will get replaced by demo content, you can not revert it back then.
We have reviewed your site, it’s all good, here is just a suggestion, you can make the size of logo image smaller so that header and slider text does not collapse on desktop view.
Please let us know if you need any help with the theme.
Thank You
