I disable all the plugins but no the VW bakery pro, vw gallery images and vw title banner image plugin and still not working

I’m having an issue with the mobile and tablet modes too. My mobile site the content doesn’t fill the space, there is a margin on the right side that just displays the tiled background. I’ve tried to check my css to see if an item had extra padding or something but am stumped.
