Mobile Menu not Showing / Customization Page not responding

Hello,

I am using the Pro version of the VW Bakery theme and I have the following two critical issues.

1) The Mobile menu (even though it is assigned), does not show up.
2) Also the Customazation page of the theme keeps freezing and does not seem to respond. It makes it very difficult to make changes.

Could you address those issues?

P.s. I recently paid for an update of the theme which created a great deal of issues. I am not willing to pay again (as the new notofication indicated), just to start from the begining. I just wanted to have Elementor intergration, and suddently my website collapsed. Please, make whatever you can. It is really frustrating.
