Mobile Menu Items Unclickable

Hi..
Just realized my site have issue with menu in table and mobile view.
The menu is working fine in desktop view as the menu is always at the top of the page horizontally.
However, the menu is change to sidebar menu in both tablet and mobile view and the menu in the sidebar is unclickable.
I’ve tried some testing and found out the menus in the sidebar are not fixed.
They are like vibrating and pulsing that makes it harder to be clicked by user.

May I know how can I fix this issue?
