Add below css

.woocommerce ul.cart_list li dl dt, .woocommerce ul.product_list_widget li dl dt {
color: #fff !important;

}

Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> Additional CSS >> Paste the given CSS on it >> Publish.
