Hi all,

I have different problem with the menu. I am using the VW Charity Pro Version: 1.2
– I am getting an issue with the menu. It is overlaping all kind of content. for example any kind of title H1 is not showing correctly as the menu is positioning on top of the content.
– the social icons does not appear any more. I do not the reason why.
– I would like to have the menu sticky, in order to have it always visible.

There are some way here to help please?

Hi again, it looks like that using PHP ver 7.1.2 it fix the problem. It may occur with 7.2

Please, note that I want to keep disable the SLIDER, as it is not possible to use it in different languages. As a result, the Menu title of other causes it go under the menu bar

Hi Ido,

As per your query, we will check slider language and we are providing you with some easy steps and CSS to avoid other section to overlap with the menu.

Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> Additional CSS >> PUt the given CSS on it >> Publish.

Hello,

I just installed the pro version of VW Hair Salon Pro. I’m at the top bar settings. According to your documentation, I should see Go to Appearance >> Customize >> VW Settings >> Topbar Section. The VW settings are not showing up in customize screen menu. Also, The top bar “book appointment” option is not on the menu to customize. How do I find and customize the top bar book appointment?

Hi,

Sorry for delayed response.

We have updated the theme with the same version you just need to download it again and upload it to your wp-content/themes directory via Cpanel or FTP make sure you first rename the existing theme. Your previously added content will not be lost.

If you have any query feel free to ask.
