I paid $99 for the Theme but did not get what I paid for!

I purchased this https://www.vwthemes.com/themes/online-grocery-shopping-wordpress-theme/ and all other theme for $99 but until now cant use this theme because its not mobile view compatible.
But you promise to fix/modify. You asked for my Admin Credentials to access and edit my Theme and promise to accomplish within the day.Despite the privacy of everything in my website I still trusted you accessing my website and I gave you my direct admin link just for you to edit my theme.
I can see that you have successfully entered my website without problem since morning Yesterday.
You are still logged in to my website, But until now I still see no changes in my website theme.
As you accessed my site all day and as you promised to update but you no longer respond. What happened?
I send emails asking for update but still you do not reply.
It is been 3 days now and I am still hoping and waiting for an update.
You accessed my website all day freely please, I was worried because I let someone I do not know to open my website just to fix the theme but you do not respond to chatbox or email anymore. Why?
