How to make “About Us” section not transition.

Hi, I’m using the Mobile App Pro theme and would like to have the “About Us” section be present as soon as the page loads. Currently it only loads when scrolled over but this makes the site look empty when it first loads, it would look much better if it loaded instantly but i cant figure out how to do that through the CSS.
