    Hey guys

    How to fix “style.css missing” error while uploading premium themes.

    I have implemented a staging site and get this message when uploading the Zip file for the Automotive Pro to WordPress.
    Can anyone help?
    Ive looked online and it says in a few videos i need to go into the package to find the next zip folder but the package does not contain another zip folder,

    Hi,

    You don’t need to add the child theme and the post type.

    You just have to add the plugin and activate it.

    Just add the theme and activate the Sirat free theme and then add the zip to the plugin folder.

    Activate the plugin and follow the steps given in the documentation to display the content.

    Just bought theme Gym, can’t go through installation, as “missing .CSS file” detected. As for now, I can’t use what I have just paid. I’m not a coder, just a designer. It’s a mess, can anyone help me through this?

    To VW – Can you not just supply the missing CSS? Or update the theme with the missing CSS?

How would you be able to fix it if you don’t have a CSS? and if you do why can’t you supply it? I cannot give you access as it’s for a client and it would be breaking data protection. So if you can’t either supply the CSS or an updated version of the them then I will have to ask for a refund and find anohter theme.

    I find myself in the same position, it appears a lack of yours. Sounds incredible and weird too, that we customer have to provide you login data. If a file is missing, you better provide an update or give refund

    I have also emailed [email protected] and it bounced back with the error message – Delay reason: Temporary internal error. should I be worried? I do like the theme so hoping that you can provide the CSS though if not then I do want a refund. I am also up against time so a spedy reply would be welcomed.
