    HI there,
    We want to get headerdesign.png to show on every page. This worked on the demo / free version but cant get it to work on the Pro version. What do we need to do?

    in the demo there is the nice fluted header

    in the free version the header is included in the default template which is great

    however, we purchased the pro version there is no header included. (only on the demo content provided)
