    I am trying to install VW Maintenance Services Pro on our staging site but keep running into the following error when I try to activate the plugin:

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class WP_Widget_Custom_HTML in /home/*sitename*/public_html/new.*sitename*.com/test/wp-includes/default-widgets.php on line 214

    File upload size is set to 32mb and nearly every other plugin is deactivated. the staging site was created with WP Staging. Please advise.

    More info:
    -We went ahead and tried installing the theme on the main site, same error.
    -We did a wordpress reset of the staging site and deleted all other plugins. Same error.
