Dear Team,

my WordPress is currently stucking in maintenance mode because VW Fitness Pro Plugin have some errors:

Error of Typ E_COMPILE_ERROR in line 15 of file /mnt/web417/e1/71/59957771/htdocs/WordPress_01/wp-content/plugins/vw-fitness-pro-plugin/inc/customizer.php

Message:

require_once(): Failed opening required ‘VW_BOOK_STORE_PRO_EXT_DIR/inc/alpha-color-picker.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/RZphp72/includes’)

Please be so kind and provide a solution as fast as possible.

Dear Team, Hello again,

I did all installation steps in your documentation but anyway, I got the same error again and again.
I can see the new template when I visit the Page but I can’t open the customizer!

When I open WordPress in maintenance mode I can see that the VW Fitness Pro Plugin have the following error:

Message:

require_once(): Failed opening required ‘VW_BOOK_STORE_PRO_EXT_DIR/inc/alpha-color-picker.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/RZphp72/includes’)

Please do the needful and check this error or send us a new version of the plugin without this kind of error.

Hi,

it is not working… Sorry…
Have you considered using the VPN client to connect to our admin page?

We’ve uploaded the sirat theme.
The customizer is working with the sirat theme.
As soon as we upload and activate the plugin we cannot acces the customizer anymore.

What shall we do?

You will need Sirat lite theme, not Sirat Pro Theme.

We did the job of analysing the code of the plugin and as already mentioned in the first post of this forum there is a simple coding error that could have been fixed already:

An error of type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused in line 15 of the file /mnt/data/vhosts/casite-1122499.cloudaccess.net/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/vw-fitness-pro-plugin/inc/customizer.php. Error message: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘VW_BOOK_STORE_PRO_EXT_DIR/inc/alpha-color-picker.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/alt/php71/usr/share/pear’)

Editing vw-fitness-pro-plugin/inc/customizer.php (active)

CHECK LINE 15

function vw_fitness_pro_plugin_custom_controls() {
require_once VW_FITNESS_PRO_PLUGIN_EXT_DIR .’/inc/admin/customize-texteditor-control.php’;
require_once VW_FITNESS_PRO_PLUGIN_EXT_DIR .’/inc/custom-controls.php’;

VW_BOOK_STORE_PRO_EXT_DIR is wrong and it should be VW_FITNESS_PRO_PLUGIN_EXT_DIR.

Update this plugin ASAP.

WE will change it manually and will see if this fixes the issue.
