Hello,

I am unable to download file zilla which I need according to your directions to create my new website Health Coach Pro and Health Coach Protype…please advise

You appear to be behind a NAT router. Please configure the passive mode settings and forward a range of ports in your router.
Warning: FTP over TLS is not enabled, users cannot securely log in.

This is the first time I have ever created a website…

Hi,

Thanks for contacting us.

Please upload the WordPress folder on your FTP server. Go to wp-content/themes and upload the zip file you have downloaded. extract the newly uploaded theme.

Please take a backup of your theme and site data if you have already data in your theme.
