ParticipantTried the installation method advised on your documentation and got the error about style.css. Having read through the blog, it seems that everyone has the same issue. Why the hell haven’t you sorted it?
Had the free version installed, then followed the instructions from one of your advisors to copy the contents of the zip folder into the free theme folder and now I can’t even log into my site.
Do you have any idea what you are doing? I’ve set aside a few hours to install this theme and get it working and now, from following the instructions given on your site, it’s fucked!
This needs sorting by you or I want my money back within 24 hours.

If you got stuck somewhere then send us the query. If you want we can set up your theme, make a user for us assign administrator role and send us the username and password along with the URL at our support id. We have a free theme installation support at [email protected]
