    Hello, I purchased the WP Theme Bundle. From my Account Page, I clicked download “VW Theme Package”, showing under Downloads.

    Something labeled 2lqCcN downloaded. This is not a zip file. I cannot open whatever dowloaded, it gives an error message. According to your Support site > Theme Documentation > VW Theme Bundle > Premium, “vw_theme_zips_0.2” should have downloaded.

    Please help!

    If the complete bundle zip file downloaded then its folder name is vw_bundle, not 2lqCcN this.

    The theme bundle has 97 themes its takes a little bit of time for downloading.

    Please download again if the issue occurs again please let us know we will provide you another solution for that.

    Hello, and thank you very much for your reply. I tried again, and a file named “3dGAv1Z downloaded. The download completed. It is 507,073 Kb. It is not a zip file. When I try to open it gives me an error message. Please provide an alternative solution. Thank you! Amy

    Kindly assist.

    I have had no luck downloading the VW Theme Bundle in the past 2 days. Could you kindly put an option to download one by one as eventually one may not need to use all the themes? that would really help as its apparent downloading such a heavy theme is a challenge.

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you

    We have resolved the issue regarding bundle downloading, we have divided the zip folder into a two to three parts, please check your internet speed and refresh the page and download the package again.

    After this process, if you face again this issue we will divide the zip folder into more parts for you.
