Download not working on upload

hi there, just purchased the VW Fitness Pro Theme however i cant seem to upload it onto my wordpress server as a theme. it is currently stating that the theme is missing the style.css sheet. how do i fix this. it looks as if the download isnt fully compiled.

The youtube video doesn’t work if the plug in is invalid and can’t be uploaded. How do we fix that?
