Content No Longer Showing & Theme Upgrade

Hi,

We have two issues.

Issue # 1. We are working with the VW Fashion Designer Pro theme, version 1.1.0. The content that we customized is no longer showing on our test site at https://staging.simplyshyla.com/. The page just circles like it’s loading but does not show anything. We are not sure when this began because it has been a while since we last uploaded content.

Issue #2. We thought it might have something to do updating the theme to version 1.1.2, so we attempted to install and activate the theme from the zip file. But this only showed the demo content and not our existing site content. So we re-activated the previous version.

Please let us know how to resolve. We previously set up a wordpress user account for you all to troubleshoot a previous issue. If you need the account credentials again, please let us know.
