Can’t update or publish content with this theme in wordpress.

Greetings, I hope all is well. I recently purchased the fitness pro theme for my client; however, I am getting the error that reads “looks like something’s gone wrong. wait a couple seconds and then try again.”, inside of the wordpress customizer when trying to edit and update/publish content on the website. If this cannot be fixed soon, I will sadly have to purchase a new theme and ask for a refund, because of a deadline I must meet. Is there anything you all can do to fix this problem? Good afternoon,
I recently purchased the fitness pro theme as well, and I am having some issues with updating and publishing content. I came across other warnings too, regarding social media links, but I found the problem and fixed it. However, I am still seeing this error and rather than spend hours and hours trying to figure it out, I found this forum and saw that someone else had a similar issue. Here is the message I see:

Warning: session_start(): Session cannot be started after headers have already been sent in /homepages/32/d915090361/htdocs/clickandbuilds/CompletePerformancePhysicalTherapy/wp-content/plugins/ibtana-visual-editor/src/blocks/form/block.php on line 63

I also see that when I try to change and publish under Appearance > Customize >site identity, I cannot publish without the message:

Looks like something’s gone wrong. Wait a couple seconds, and then try again.
