CAN'T INSTALL THE THEME ON WORDPRESS.

HELLO,

I’VE PURCHASED YOUR VW ECOMMERCE SHOP PRO THEME.
I TRY TO INSTALL THE THEME BY UPLOAD THE ZIP FILE. AND THE ERROR MESSAGE APPEAR THAT ‘THERE IS NO STYLE.CSS‘.
THEN I RECHECKED IN THE ZIP FILE AND FIND NO STYLE.CSS EITHER.
I’VE DOWNLOADED THE ZIP FILE DIRECTLY AFTER PURCHASED. I RE-DOWNLOAD 5 TIMES AND IT END UP THE SAME WITH ERROR.
I’VE REQUESTED THE SOLUTION VIA EMAIL ALSO, BUT NOT SO SURE WHICH WAY IS FASTER.
PLEASE KINDLY AND QUICKLY RESPOND BECAUSE MY BOSS CAN KILL ME WITH THIS SITUATION.
