Hi,
1) To change logo background color add the following CSS
.logo_outer {
border-right: 90px solid #fff !important;
border-left: 90px solid #fff !important;
}
To add CSS follow the steps below
Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> Additional CSS >> Paste the given CSS on it >> Publish.
2)To change footer Background color follow the steps below
Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> theme settings >> footer >> Background color
