Add Text to Responsive Menu

We’re having an issue where people are having difficulty finding the naviagation menu on their phones. Despite it being a bright orange Hamburger Icon on a Dark Blue background that hovers in the centre of the page at the top. It seems a large amount of our customers are just not that well informed enough to recognise it as the navigation icon. Is it possible to add the text “Menu” next to the icon?
